Conversion

At the Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2011, a share conversion clause was added to Industrivärden's articles of association. Shareholders have the right at any time to convert Class A shares to Class C shares. Conversion forms are available on Industrivärden's website under the "Share data" menu. A total of 16,764 Class A shares were converted to Class C shares in 2011. To call for conversion, please fill out the form in the right column.
